We are delighted to launch our fortnightly newsletter, The Jack

This newsletter is designed to give you, our players, clubs, counties and everyone else connected with our great sport, the latest information to keep you up-to-date.

Thank you to everyone who committed to making our first ever Bowls' Big Weekend a success. To our clubs and the dedicated volunteers all over the country who spared their time over the weekend - thank you! We hope you enjoyed the events of the weekend, as we showcased our truly accessible sport for all.

Riding on the success of Bowls' Big Weekend we're delighted to have teamed up with Birmingham 2022 to provide an opportunity for our members to help make history at the Commonwealth Games.

Country Rolls Up for Bowls' Big Weekend

Bowls’ Big Weekend showcased our sport to thousands of first-timers, with Bearsted and Thurnham BC in Kent truly grasping the opportunity with both hands.

Team England's Sian Honnor was on hand to offer advice along with many club volunteers.
Our national initiative provided the chance for friends and family to give bowls a go. Up and down the country, over 600 Bowls England affiliated bowls clubs opened their doors to people who want to try a new sport, have some fun and meet new people.

Volunteer now for lawn bowls events!

We’re looking for dynamic volunteers to be the heartbeat of our events – regional, national and international. Your support will be fundamental to the growth of our activities. In addition, we have teamed up with Birmingham 2022 to provide an opportunity for our members to volunteer at the Games.
